Wood Brothers FurniturePro of Arizona began in 1996 when Brian Nowakowski and Ed Bremerkamp decided to create a business after learning about Wood Brothers WoodPro francise.

Coming from the mid-west, both Ed and Brian were familiar with the company, which was based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With their combined business and wood skills, this new Scottsdale Furniture Repair franchise opportunity seemed ideal.

They first concentrated in Phoenix and Scottsdale area. They expanded their Phoenix furniture refinishing and repair services to cover the entire Phoenix metropolitan area in 2001. At the same time, Valspar, Inc., one of the largest coatings companies in the world, purchased Wood Brothers and the Wood Brothers WoodPro franchise system. Valspar changed the name to Wood Brothers FurniturePro.

With the long history and continued support of Valspar, superior products and expert training, Brian and Ed have dedicated their time, skills and energy to grow their furniture repair business to give their valued customers the best quality work and service available in the larger Phoenix Metro area.
